So yes, we are ahead of the game BD and HW. BD I cant believe your still changing stuff. You know we changed things about a month ago and had to pay 250$ fee for it being so far in the game. Thats crazy!! & HW you lot looks awesome!

Whoo hoo you now have a hole on the ground exciting stuff! You know I never checked on HOA stuff and had no idea that you had to as permisson from your neighbors that is soo weird. Now I have to go check it out.

Steph- How are you? Yes, ask your sales rep if they have an extra copy of the HOA documents. I couldnt imagine you not having one.. The house is coming along great. youll be in there before you know it! Love the deck. Was that an option??

We broke ground together....it is soooooo exciting. As for the HOA docs., we asked for ours up front, but don't think either of us read it. We are going to look at it regarding the fence because our next door neighbor told us yesterday she was putting up a fence. We are not against the fence ... as long as it meets the HOA guidelines.

Bitty I am sooo jealous of you and HW. We got an email from our sales rep saying that he got the build schedule from the main office and they have moved us up on the schedule to June 15th :( He said he is still trying to get us moved to the 8th. We did a drive by tonight and the digging equipment is on the next block over and one of the lots over there has been all stacked out...we are hoping that when they finish digging them they will just come around the block and keep right on digging.
ReplyDeleteAs for your neighbor and fence...if they say no fence you will just have to train your cute little pups to run into their back yard and drop a deuce!!! They will quickly decide the fence is a good idea.

We are still in the process of getting our current house ready to go on the market. We are torn...our Realtor wants to get it up on the market by July...we are worried it will sell immediately and we will have to deal with the pressure of getting out and trying to move in all at the same time...if it sold pretty close to our closing that would be perfect for us. The house across the street from us sold in 4 days and when my wife gets done with her HGTV staging it will look like a model home, so we fear it will sell fast too. We will see...for now we will focus on getting it ready and enjoying the building of our new house...it will be whatever it will be, so lets get some digging started :)
ReplyDeleteBD- well thats good to hear. Dont forget how long it takes to close and process the loan.. Haha, maybe im just freaking out. We had an offer within the first 2-3 weeks. Showings 2-3 times a week and since easter we have had about 2 showings. Im scared.. I think Seths starting to get scared too. Were doing an open house tomorrow. I hope its the last. Eekks. I hope yours sells like your neighbors. Whoop Whoop! You better tell them to work thru the weekend to get your digging started! haha.
