One thing I dont like is that this elevation has less windows. I guess I never paid attention. The "formal dining area" when you walk in only has one window (boo). And the 2nd bedroom upstairs has some little box window. Strange... I loveeee all the light. One thing my condo doesnt have.
I really like this elevation. It's similiar to ours (elevation A) but we don't have a covered porch, which was disappointing to us (we couldn't because of our neighbor). I'm with KM, I wish this would have been an option for us.
We were also disappointed in only having one window on the bottom, but with the brick, it doesn't look so bad.
We also think the small window is strange. Today my husband was hanging blinds in that bedroom and we both said at least twice "what a strange little window". I'm not sure what I'm going to do about curtains...hmmm. Other than that, we really like the Venice so far.
I cannot tell you how much I love this! I wish that was offered in our development. Your house is going to be amazing.

I love the elevation it is beautiful again no option for us only A, B and C! Your house is gonna be super awesome..... =)
