Taking India's advice and post with what else has been going on.. =) Condos officially on the market!! Its only been on for about a week now. We had our first "showing" tonight. We parked down the street so we could scope out the people. (is that normal?) I would like to know who is interested in my condo that ive worked so hard on the last 2 years. =) Anyways heres a link to check it out for something to do. condo!!
I gave up in the basement. Thats actually our patio furniture downstairs. I dont want to buy furniture for the condo when I know we aren't keeping the condo and it might not work at the new house. I also would like new couches... too bad you cant have everything you want. We are trying to save for a fridge now.
On the home front. Seth did not get approved for the loan. Our sales rep said not to worry. If worse comes to worse we can go contingent till the condo sells and my name can be on the loan. Hopefully then we would get approved. My credit is a little better then the boyfriends. =)
Other then that. I hope everyone had a great weekend.

ReplyDeleteOMG me too. Dont you miss it? I just read all of Laurens books. I started with Laguna & watched every season of that and the Hills. Then They took it away from us. It was a sad sad day... =( When is your move in day?
ReplyDeleteYou know i bought her book too LA Candy..but i didnt finish it...I need too...Yes it was a sad day...I hated the finale because even tho it may have been scripted i loved it...We close on the 8th and we move the 9th :) Alot is going on moving day....movers, sears garage door install, furniture being delivered!!

I agree with everyone the condo looks great! The loan will happen it just the waiting part is the hardest part of the process. The wait is not fun it can be frustrating. Hang in there.
