Im so super confused on this process. Why do they have you pick out floors and everything else before you even know if you have been approved for the loan. HAHA nothing like getting your hopes up. We upgraded to granite, however when picking out our floors I was SUPER disappointed to find out you only have 3 options. of course you can upgrade to level 2 and have 3 more options. Other then that the only upgrade we made was tile on the main floor. The entryway, kitchen and morning room. We need to cut back on all the upgrades... Im hoping she will work with us. It just keeps going up, up, up.. eekkks!
This is the level 1 option granite we are just ok with.. the other options were very dark..
This is our dark cabinets with level 1 granite on the left & level 2 granite on the right, which I believe is anther 1000 to upgrade. Were pretty sure were sticking to level 1. Also 2 tile options. I think this one because the tile will lighten up the room..
My boyfriend likes this tile (option 2).. Im not sure which to pick yet. She said we can still think about it for a little bit. What do you guys think? Is it all too dark?
